Your clients' data, protected properly

Valuation files hold sensitive information about properties, owners and lenders. Here is how we look after it.

Isolation

Separated by the database

Each firm's records are walled off by the database itself, not only by application code, so one workspace cannot read another's data.

Sign-in

Two-step sign-in

Anyone can add an authenticator-app code on top of their password, so a stolen password alone cannot open the account.

Access

Access by role

Permissions decide who sees finance, who approves reports and who works only on their own jobs.

Audit

A record of every round

Submissions, reviews, returns and reopenings are kept with the report, with who did what and when.

Storage

Encrypted and backed up

All connections use HTTPS, sensitive settings are stored encrypted, and the database is backed up every night.

Hosting

Hosted in the EU

The service runs on dedicated servers in a professional data centre in Germany, under European data-protection standards.

Data protection in Kenya

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019

We process personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. For the records a firm keeps about its own clients and properties, the firm decides how that data is used and PropSense360 processes it on the firm's behalf. For our own customers' accounts, we are responsible for it.

  • We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Our website uses privacy-first analytics that set no cookies.
  • Your reports and records can be exported at any time.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data through our data rights page.

Read the full privacy policy.

See it on one of your own jobs

We'll walk through a real instruction with your template and your figures, so you judge it on your own work rather than a demo file.
