PropSense360 is made in Nairobi by Team PS360™, working day to day with practising valuation firms.
Why we built it
A valuation firm's work is careful and exacting, but the tools around it rarely are. Instructions arrive by email, site notes live on phones, reports pass between laptops as version 4 or 5, and fee notes sit in spreadsheets. None of those steps is hard on its own; the cost is in the gaps between them.
PropSense360 closes those gaps. The instruction, the inspection, the report, the review, the fee note and the payment live in one record, so nothing is typed twice and nothing goes quiet.
